For sale: Maxon DC motor with CNC machined pulley. See pictures for more info.

How many RPM is it? What type of controller is needed for speed control?

I would use a LM317 based powersupply and a potmeter to control the RPM.

But you can also implement the Manfred Huber design that you can find here:
