I would prefer plitron with at least 1000va and somewhere between 45 - 55v dual secondary.

I have some 57-0-57 @115 700 VA 1440va peak with thermal breaker installed. Potted And Canned. Used but in excellent cond/works fine. Quietest Toroid I have used... manufactured to extremely high tolerances, I have use a few of these paralelled at the secondaries and the voltage diff never exceeded 0.04 volt from one Toroid to another.
