I have the following OSCON SP Series FS:

They are all new stock freshly made. SP series with OFC lead wire suitable for audio. For specification, please visit http://www.secc.co.jp/pdf/os_e/2004/e38.pdf

Except for 16v/100uf generally measured around 15% above the value, i.e. 115uf, all other values are 5-10% tolerance on rated capacitance
