Look at the picture, I have a lot of these boards. They are the servo driver boards for robots. There are three IRF540 and three IRF 9630 mosfets mounted on a heatsink. There are also high speed diodes, output chokes, a couple of transformers with some nice litz wire on them. There are no damaged components as these were removed during an upgrade to a newer system. I am asking $20 U.S. plus shipping. If you want to buy a quantity, lets talk.
