Hello, I took some power transistors out of a piece of equipment, hope you can use them. Here is what is included (I'm reading the labels on the items):
9 of Motorola 2N5303 power transistors in a metal can package (see pic) 13 of Motorola 2N5745 power transistors in the same type of package pictured. 4 diodes 1N188R 3 diodes 1N1188 1 diode 1N1186 1 diode 1N1186R (diodes are in metal packages with threaded bolts on one end, high power stuff). I have no idea if these are working or not. If you want to try it yourself, go for it, these are free- you just pay shipping. I tried to figure out what these are, found an auction on ebay that lists the 2N5745 as an audio power transistor, see http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WD1V I've located some info on the 2n5303 at this web site: http://store.americanmicrosemiconductor.com/2n5303.html Many of these were paired, and used similar metal can power resistors on the heat sink on which I took them out of. Payment by paypal or I guess cash since this is super cheap. Will ship anywhere and this will be carefully packaged. Buyer to pay actual postage by US mail, but lets fix it to say $5.00 for all cont. US addresses to make it easy. If you think this is too much let me know, I'm just estimating that this will be about the price of a box with the items and some packaging. Here is an image of the actual items for sale all bagged up. |

Maybe I forgot to mention this, but I have absolutely no idea what these are, or how to use them...that's why I'm giving them away.
I'm not the type of person who knows this kind of thing, so can't help in this area anyway....all I know is stated above. |

Hi,
I sent you an email about an hour ago, have you seen it? I'd love the transistors, I just need your paypal details to send you the money for shipping. Stuart |
