Avel Toroidal Transformer. 500VA 40+40

I have two of these. They are both like new, with mounting hardware.

$60 each.

One have been mounted and used for about 2 months. The other one has never been mounted, but used for 1 hour.

Is the primary 110/220V or only 110V?

Can't use 40V, but 20V is close to perfect.
