Hello,

I bought 24 pairs 2SA1943 / 2SC5200 Power Transistors.

I sell 1 pair for 4.60 Euros + shipping costs. These depend mainly on where and how to ship, details on request.
All 24 pairs for 90 Euros + shipping costs.

im looking for some trans. never come accross these before, cant find much on the data sheet, what type are they? i assume with "triple diffused" in the description that they are bipolar? or am i wrong? see you soon, steve.. ..

They are (one of) the industry standard high quality bipolar transistor complements for audio, used in many quality designs.

I've got 8 matched pairs if anyone is interested. I matched them using a Tektronix 576 curve tracer.I'll do them for £5 a pair including shipping with in the uk.

That's a good price for matched ones. I think they are about £3 or £4 per pair unmatched from Profusion here in the UK.

Yeah seams fair enough ive got a curve tracer might as well use it.Im thinking of buying some 2sa and 2sc transistors up and doing some matching maybe even the MJL transistors too.You can match practically anything including Fets.

Got a zachry dws 250 sub amp, it seems that it is pretty much the same amp that the dsw 400, but missing one pair of transistors and two 10000uf condensators.

I dont know if this will work, any invests?

Now, i definit need one 2sa1943 trans. Dooing som testing, and one trans loosened from the cooling surface.. bam, the fuse is gone. And now it going all the time.. ****
