IR HFA08TB60 Ultrafast Soft-recovery DIODE
I got large quantity of International Rectifier HFA08TB60 for sale.
DIODE HEXFRED 600V 8A TO-220 Trr=18ns!! Great sounds on Tube or FET amp. If you are still using 1N4007..etc, you should replace them with HFA08TB60. Trust me, it's BIG difference.
