source for older tripath chips

hello

I'm new here and some of you might of seen my wanted ad on trading for some tripath modules.

does anyone know where to find some modules ta0102 ta0103 or ta0104? or does anyone has any that would like to sell?

i' almost sure that my chip is dead on my eval board
