34 Euros for a single layer standard 160 x 100 mm board???
Good to know that nobody tries to earn any money with Nelson's old designs... |

Here's another source for some Pass designs.
http://www.audioxpress.com/bksprods/pcbs/zen.htm BUT I have to say that the layout on the Kristijan boards is mighty pretty |

Ah, that sounds better to me in terms of $$$.
"Pretty layout"...? Hey, come on, this is a five transistor (plus output devices) design. Doing a pretty layout on it isn't a great job. |

For your information ....
www.audioXpress.com do NOT sell Pass Labs Aleph series boards ........ if they do, we won't have to go through this exercise of creating boards from scratch or search all over the world for it! |

Audioxpress (aka Old Colony Sound) sells PCB boards for the original Zen and Bride of Zen based on Nelson's article in Audio Amatuer in 94(if memory serves me right). OCS used to produce PCB for projects in this magazine based on demand judged by reader response card.

Audio Xpress also has boards for the Pass Balanced Line source or Bride of Son of Zen, which is what I was referring to when I mentioned they have some Pass stuff. The first poster sells a
board for the same project. |

I bought the Balenced Zen Line Stage boards from AudioXpress, and they are nicely done. Very clean boards.
