I have some 2sk170bl for sale and some 2sj75 ( 2 x 2sj74 in a single package.)

Price is 30€ per matched quad and 15€ per matched pair.
Available:
4 matched quads NN/PP(2sk170/2sj75 x2)
3 matched pair N/P
1 loose 2sj74 (7,5€).
