Most K170BL device Idss range from 6 to 8mA. Most BF862 18 to 24mA

I have a set (2 pairs) of LSK170/LSJ74 that I purchased from the DIYA store before. Never been used, apart from measuring them on a breadboard for noise and curve. Happy to sell them to you at the same price of the store (plus shipping and PayPal fees).

PM me if interested.

I’m selling them as I’ve now got a stash of Toshibas, and I prefer them to the LSK/LSJ.

I'm going to piggyback on this thread...everyone else is. I have three J74s that need friends. They measure 7.4 mA. Anyone have three K170s in that range they would be willing to sell or trade?
