Hello, does this use LM78XX and LM79XX regs, or are they pre regs? BTW, it sounds like the positive reg is 18V not 15.

I bought the Lm7815CT and lm7915CT that can drive 1,5A current.
If I'm not wrong regulators should be +15V or +12v.
What is 18v is the trafo to feed the system
