I'm building a DCG3 and intended on re-using parts from this.
It seems a shame to split it up, I went to quite an effort and cost to use hi end parts. I wound up with the resistor selection detailed in this thread and have as you can see, Mundorf caps, Riken ohm, Shinkoh tantalum, PRP, Elma Switch and a TKD stepped pot all housed in a hifi 2000 case.
Has worked flawlessly for me for a year and sounds great. I need some gain in my system hence the move to DCG3

Regarding price, I'd be happy with £200.
Kit was around £90, case about £60, internals came to £200, resistors another £30.
It's been built only a year.
I'm about to dismantle it for the parts, if someone wants it best get in quick!
