a Pity you sent them insured with price tag though. I had to pay another 33US$ import and handling duty!

Hi Bill,

No need to say sorry. If it had been lost I would have said..why did you not insure it.

I just wanted to vent my anger at the company that handle the customs duties for GLS...They charge 9 Euro's just for handling. Whereas the normal postal services don't...

If you would have bought the pot from www.alliedelec.com
you would have payed US$ 40 for shipping and "handling". Newark charges even more. Not much of a comfort I guess.
Only Michael Percy and Partsconnexion keep it at US$10 for a small order AFAIK.
