Ok ignore the schematic and pcb in post 149.

I've checked the schematic and tidyed the schematic up and added a few annotations.

Now I will start work on the pcb.

Use the schematic attached here.

thanks to quadtech for verifying the V4. If someone could check V5. (Should be final)

Thanks.

OK, I compared V5 to the original, and it looks good.
Looking forward to the brd file :-)

Still working on this board. It is a little more complicated than I though (well that's my excuse for being a bit rubbish at pcb layout!)

Watch this space as they say!

Quick update,

I've moved away from eagle to DesignSpark.

I now have the completed pcb layout in gerber form, which I am attempting to prototype!

Double sided diy pcb etching is a little tricky!

Keep watching this space!

Hi,

For the ones who are interested, here are my PCBs.
One for the controller, the other for the keyboard.

My project is fully working.

cabest, nice work.
What s.w did you use for the PCB? Can you
publish the PCB files? Or at least the pdf version and the
component layout?

The used software was wintypon.
No component layout was created : you have to take the schematics to mount the component on the board...
Not a problem, there are not so many components !

Good luck !
