I'm selling some of my matched JFETs that I've collected. Shipping is $6 to the CONUS for any number of JFETs.

-Matched 2SK170/2SJ74 sets. Each set contains 2 x SK170 and 2 x SJ74's, and I have a total of (0) matched sets still available. IDSS is shown in the photo below (~6.7 mA)). Price is $SOLD.


-Matched 2SJ74 quads, purchased for Spencer. I have (2) quads available and the IDSS is shown in the photos below. Price is $SOLD.
