What Pass HPA is this? Is it the latest HPA-1 or something else like the F5 HPA?

Are you infringing Pass Labs copyright?

Infringing - I hope not
The circuit is official and I ordered only a very small batch (my own pcb design).
Sell only two of them.

No offence meant, just don't want to be getting a lawyer's letter if I buy one but your reply removes that concern.

Do you know how close this design is to the HPA-1, apart from the fact that the HPA-1 uses a discrete regulator?

No - the HPA-1 is a official product.
I don't have any information.

My PCB is only a clone from the diy version with a better psu...

The Pass DIY HPA is a diy audio project authored by Wayne Colburn and is for the diy community.
The HPA-1 is an official commercial product by Pass Labs and has nothing in common with the diy headphone amplifier, the topology and design are completely different.
That being said the diy headphone amplifier is an excellent design in my humble opinion.
