Default Cheaper than Indian transformers?

I paid about Euro 13.50 for an EI type 200VA transformer here in India. So a 200 VA toroid at Euro 16 is cheap !
Unfortunately shipping would be the killer .
A pity.

Quality is good, ac voltage change from no load to full load is only 0.5V . Total shippingcost for 4 pieces was 8 Eur.
