Price 70 USD/pair for 2sk60/2sj18 and 35USD for 2sk79 /pair.

I have tried at least 2 times to get these VFET as backup for my Sony VFET amp. One time I got remarked MOSFET, another time the seller has been cleared out of stock.

I brought these to repair my sony vfet amplifiers. Very nice sounding amp.Sony has some design issues related to bias circuit.So before replacing this VFETs please check all the biasing circuit. I can help you.We can discuss this issue over email or PM

Got the packet yesterday. Tested today . All are original, good, NOS only. But have some rust and dust due to long storage period. But bottom side is clean. Have a look. Within 2-3 days I will measure the pinch off voltage.

Graded the VFETs and got good/decent pairs between same sex. Good for connecting in parallel or for repairing Sony VFET amps. They are not cross matched between N and P. Very difficult and not required. But selected best possible pairs between N and p.

I have 2sj18 with grade 55 and 56 and 2sk60 grade 55 ,56 and 57. Are you using these to repair sony VFET amp ?

Yes, a TA-4650 with all R57 ratings. Just got it and tested the devices, need to check the power supply today to confirm general functionality before purchasing VFETs. The 60s read 0.8 ohms across S to D; one is 032 in diode mode across S to G and G to D; the other, 075. Thanks!

Yes, and I've collected notes from around the net. Might be better to just get two pairs of the same grade but that puts me out beyond what a working unit would cost, considering what I've already got into this...not sure if a grade 6 would work with grade 7..

Are you sure 2sk60 is okay ? G to S or G to D will shows as diode and junction voltage is approx. 600mv
