I got some unused this original hitachi mosfets.
I measured their Vgs with 19Vdc at 500mA of current.
after doing some measurements, i got this groups of matched:

K135: J50:
1.63 1.72
1.64 1.72
1.64 1.72

K135: J50:
1.63 1.76
1.62 1.76
1.62 1.76

K135: J50:
1.72 1.86
1.72 1.86
1.74 1.86

K135: J50:
1.66 1.75
1.67 1.75
1.67 1.75

K135 are 0.0x tight match.
J50 are 0.00x tight match.
which are very very good matched.
