I have few paper in oil capacitors (PIO).
These are used and come from military equipment. Good condition.
USA made by High Energy Corp. (HEC)
10uF 1500V
h=5" x 4" x 3" Sealed in metal can
One cap weighs 1,5 kg (~3 lbs)

Price for one cap is $25
EDIT: will sell one for $20
Pairs will go for $45
EDIT: pair will sell for $35, and quad for $60
Will ship wordlwide.
I will post photos if there is interest.

These caps measure at 10,4; 10,4; 10,5; 10,8 uF
These were not soldered - although there are few scratches and dents from storage.
