You can try to get a decent capsule from B&K on eBay, but they are getting pricey now. There are calibrators, too.
There are good baked research mics out there, too. Earthworks are very good.

Raoul, I am thinking about speaker diy. So need equipment to measure the driver and speaker performance.
Warren, great links. Thanks a lot. Now I have enough info to design my own gear now. I have couple of unknown electret mic in my junk box. I just don't know their freq response. According to all I read in the links you supplied, most of them should give pretty flat response from 20-20KHz.
