Default The Great Amplifier & Receiver Knobathon

After 25 years of being in the hobby I am officially getting out (and unlike Pacino in the Godfather, they won't pull me back in). Before these go to auction, I thought I'd offer them here.

What the pictures show are a large lot of vintage control knobs acquired over at least two decades.

Many, many nice ones in here from all sorts of top quality amplifiers and receivers dating from the 60's through the early 80's. Mainly machined alloy types.

Tonnes of good stuff from the likes of Marantz, Kenwood, EICO, Yamaha, Harman Kardon, SONY, Heathkit, Pioneer etc and containing tuner / volume control knobs, tone / balance control knobs, switch caps - everything typically found on amplifiers and receivers manufactured from the 60's through 80's. Many are complete sets from the same peice, and there are plenty of knobs for the high end models too.

This is a lot sale, about 18.5 pounds in weight.

What is something like this worth? Hard to guage. For the right person it is a mother lode.

Hi, I don't have those. IIRC, the only thing similar - in era only, would be from a Trio tube unit but that used some type of gold fluted units.
