I have a B&K Reference 30 that will not boot up properly. It is a glitch in the firmware board and I am scratching my head on this one. It does power on and the relay does click so it comes out of protection like it should. It just stays in a state of perpetual "please wait." This thing is a solid 8.5/10 cosmetically, probably better. It might be fixable with an RS-232 data cable (wish I had one to try to uninstall and reinstall the Version 2.04). But replacing the firmware board will make it operational again I am thinking. I am almost 100% on that. Nice unit when it was working. $85 plus shipping. Very heavy duty piece. Heavier than some power amplifiers the same size. I will take trades and consider cash offers as well although I feel it is priced quite low already. The ST-260 pictured below the Ref. 30 is no longer for sale.
