I'm in a bind and need to sell the following providing you can pick up from Kinston NC by Saturday 16th Aug.

My parents will be moving soon so I have to sell my treasures consisting of Adcom amp and preamp powering Legacy 6" / 1" speakers with a 12" passive sub.
Input is from a Sony DD TT and Yamaha cassette deck. I tried using an iPod but old vinyl and 30 year old tape put mp3s to shame.
The iPod was handy but made the whole system sound thin.

System 1:

Sony PS-LX2 Direct Drive turntable with Shure Hi Track cartridge. I've been enjoying it all day today.
I've also got albums in good condition which I'll post soon.

Adcom GFA-535 amp 60w/ch

Adcom GFP-555 preamp

Yamaha K-640 cassette deck - I'm surprised how good 30 year old TDK SA90s sound.

Legacy loud speakers 13" H, 10.25" D, 10.75 W. 6" driver & 1" dome tweeters, 32lbs. each.

12" Subwoofer, dual coil, built in crossover set to 100hz.
Professionally built box. 18" H, 20" D, 24" W.

Misc:

Acetylene car headlight with Holophane 854 lens

Old Smoky live steam roller, x-mass present from about 1968. Needs feed pipe re soldered.

JVC TT-71 Direct Drive System turntable. Plinth and motor only (no tonearm but a Watts Dust Bug).

Jensen 12" H223F coaxial speakers, loose connection on one, it works sometimes. Both have working tone control pots.

System 2:

Kenwood KR-3090 AM-FM Stereo Receiver. Works but crackles. Pots need cleaning.

Montgomery Wards Airline GEN-6631A speakers. 8" woofer, 3" tweeter. They don't sound that bad. 15" H, 6.75" D, 11" W.

Technics RS-T130 Double Cassette Deck.

Magnavox FA 1421 receiver - works but selector buttons stick a little.

73 Blank cassette tapes. Unknown brand, no markings except for "Made In USA" and "C 32". Fast Forwarding runs up "20" on the tape counter. No one in the family knows where they came from.

PM me for questions. I'll use eBay Completed Sales to base prices unless you want all of it, then we'll deal. Bring a truck.

I'm still a bit jet-lagged, I hope this makes sense.

Thanks, Mack
