The board is complete, fully functional.
The SK170BL's are genuine, very close matched.
Dale RN60D resistors.
Alps Blue pot 50k, log.
Rotary selector switch included.
NEC EA2-12NJ relays with on board regulator.
+/10V DC

PSU:
LM317, LM337: Fairchild
Caps: Panasonic FC, Wima MKP4
Resistors: Dale RN55
Trimmers: Vishay
Heat sinks: Aavid, copper
Silver GND wire
At least +/-15V DC needed for 10V output.

Scope shows 1kHz sqr 2Vp-p, dual mode, ch1: input, ch2 output.
BOM lists are attached.
