I am looking to replace my motherboard, CPU and memory for now... was looking at a Celeron 2.4Ghz CPU, and a motherboard with 8X AGP, and 256meg of PC3200 DDR ram..

CPU costs $110 new..
Motherboard costs $109 new
Memory costs $55 new

I already have some money, but I'm probably swap these for a decent CPU... or something... what do you have to offer, I'll consider it.. :)
