FS: Denon Cartidges

Hi Everyone,

Up for sale are two cartridges: Denon D-110 and modified Denon D-103R. Both are in good working condition. Low hours. D-110 is hardly used at all.

Have cases, manuals, etc. Make an offer.

D-110 is a high output moving coil at about 1.6 mV. It was the Japanese broadcast standard cartridge.

D-103R is low output at .27mV. It has a soundsmith ruby stylus ($300 mod) and Midas aluminum body ($120+ mod). Plastic body available as well.

Reason for selling is that the table's arm is heavy. Works better with a Grado.

Here's the ad placed on audiogon.com.
I'm lowering it to $500. Please read ad. It explains that this is not a standard DL-103r.
It's an improved version. I was told recently that it sounds as good as a $1000 Benz Micro.
