They weigh a ton, can't recall how much but more than 100lbs each, measure 38" in diameter and some 30+" deep (can't recall offhand). I haven't measured them with drivers yet...that is kinda tricky in a small room over the intended passband.

It is possible to use 8" drivers, you just need to adapt the mounting rings to hold them and maybe provide a rear enclosure.

However, shipping abroad would cost more than the horns themselves.
