Default WTB: Piltron 400-watt toroidial output transformer

If you got in on the sale of the surplus PLITRON 400-watt toroidial output transformers that were sold off heavily discounted many years ago, and still never did anything amazing with them, PLEASE sell one or two to me for a reasonable price and make a few bucks for yourself! I'm itching to make a few BIG punchy guitar / bass guitar amps with a bunch of KT120 output tubes but the scale all depends on finding really good output transformers for a reasonable price.

You should consider contacting Buzzforb, to see if you can join in on the SumR toroid group buy he's finalizing. But act fast.

Good decisions are derived from experience; experience is derived from bad decisions.

I don't see that SumR offers any toroid output transformers, only power or isolation transformers.

Nevermind, I found something that will work. Not quite so extreme, but it will handle the job.
