Default FS: Big fat 48Vct 500va? 600va??transformer

Big Fat EI core transformer FS. should be good for many projects!

I get 48.4Vct no load with a 120vac line

Maintaining a 120V line and loading it down with 4 ohms I get 46V which should = 11.5amps!!! that should be about 530 watts at that point so not sure how you would rate a transformer but it's beefy none the less!

Single Primary. Single CT secondary.

Offer's??

Shipping is $15

Measure core cross section area and cross section area for copper/insulation....there should be some general formulae out there somewhere...maybe even within DIY
