In looking in the Digikey catilog I noticed that IXYS has some
mosfets in large packages with power ratings up to 520 watts one of these should take the palce of 3 or 4 IRF 150 watt devices shouldn't it ? They are however verry expensive so it would be more expensive than using 4 irf devices. Well it was just a thaught. Regards Woody also known here as bob |
