Own an extremely nice pair of Troels Gravesen bookshelf speakers for less than half the cost put into them. (about $1500) They are designed by Troels Gravesen, and all details of the design can be found at: CA18RLY/22TAF-G The cabinets were built professionally in New York by Mitch Despaw. You can see the professional crossover and assembly process here: https://picasaweb.google.com/117109675928024425048/BoxHalfAssembled These are 87db efficient speakers that have paired well with the 68 watt lm3886 chip amplifier. The front and rear walls of the cabinet are double-walled, and the front baffle is solid blood wood on top of that. The other faces of the cabinet are finished in blood wood veneer and oil. One speaker baffle has a small crack in it because of the move from a humid region (NY), to dry as a bone Boise. These are solid and heavy speakers, and include the custom made, sand-filled stands. They are located in Boise, ID and are available for audition. These can also be crated and shipped across the country. Asking $450 for this pair of speakers with the custom stands included.
