done. i measured 500pcs BC327-40 Diotec and 500pcs BC337-40 Diotec.
it looks like i am looking for
BC327
in range HFE = 440 - 460

like everybody is, right

BC327
in range HFE = 435 - 460

i could offer
16pcs of BC327 with a HFE 495-500
and about +40psc of BC337 with an HFE between 465-480

HI first of all sorry if I have not been here for such a long time
Hint of snow this morning so I am not going to do much in the freezing cold loft
I got batch of Diotec measured up PNP mean 380 NPN mean 440
so still no dice
I ordered same more Diotecs from Conrad's and I may get Lucky

One thing standout about the DIOTEC the HFE match on the batches is really good
is just bit of pot luck to get 2 batches that match

Hi again sorry if I haven't been here it was to cold to work in the loft
I have a couple more batches of BCXXX40 still no matches between PNP and NPN ranges
I will post what I have and start swaps ASAP
In the mean time I have been doing same drawings for a test everything

rig
From the top
LM317 supply aloud for 2 / 4 (overkill) voltages
Low resistance test LM317 a current source aloweed to measure resistance drop
HFE match as by Hesener
V drop across LED
Jfet Idss
and VBE match

I got a beta board running more soon

Work on that so far all circuits are stolen with no remorse from the intrawab more when is working

time to resurrect this.

I need some 327 in the 430-450 range and some 337 in the 410-430 range.

Please let me know what you have and need i have 500 transistors all grouped to the nearest 5, so 400, 405, 410 etc etc.

Don't give up. I'm still waiting for the pre-regs to finish my paradise. When it is up and running, I will know for sure which transistors I don't need anymore, and will make them available. Others may be in the same situation as me.
