WTB 2sk170bl with Idss between 6.5~7.9mA
 

As titled, I'm looking for 28 of 2sk170s with Idss ranging from 6.5mA to 7.9mA. Price can be negotiated, but only if reasonable.

They will be used to make matched quads with left over 2sj74s from my matching which I will sell back to the community at the price that I aquired them (≈$10/quad.) I can also sell matched 2sj74s for $8/pair. If you are interested or willing to help the community, drop me a PM.

FYI, if these are recent acquisitions of "2SJ74" you might want to check them on a curve tracer. The ones I acquired recently do not have matching curves to either the ones shown in the Toshiba book or to the older NOS 2SJ74 examples that I have. They do have the requisite Idss, but not the curve shape and not the gain either.

The more recent "2SK170" that I have acquired appear to have the proper curves, but I have no way to check the noise figure, so they may or may not meet specs fully or be genuine.
