These are bipolars - what property do you want them matched for?
Personally I don't see a benefit in matching for VBE or hfe; in any case, if you may consider also unmatched ones, just shoot me a pm!

PM me your price for matched or unmatched. I have a few reliable sources for matched ones but with min order. Note that I plan to try these as output devices in a headamp, not as drivers. Also, if you know similar devices with no worse SOA but with even lower Cob let me know
