Eico 377 and heathkit IG-82

I have an EICO 377 and Heathkit IG-82 I would like to sell. The Eico works but it looks like it has had some modifications. I couldn't tell you what they mods do however. The heathkit works as well but it is intermittent until it heats up quite a while. My guess it that it needs a new tube. I am open to offers on these guys. I could also use a more modern and compact signal generator as a trade.
