Need four for a bridge so I can full-wave rectify 100 kV. I'm cool with either SS or tube, but need to handle pulses of 150 mA.
I used to have large oil-cooled tube rectifiers for this, but broke three of the four during a move. SS ones on eBay only seem to go to 80 kV and chaining those gets expensive... |

Bumpity-bump.
I was thinking of using borax or baking soda aluminum electrolytic rectifier as in Borax or Baking Soda Rectifier and the glow. but I haven't found data on sizing it for the voltage I'm interested in. |
