Want to buy: Precision Fidelity C-7 preamplifier

Would like to acquire one of these working or not. Cash or could trade an M-8 as partial with cash.

Hi Hat Rack,
I bought a C7 about a year ago and I have as yet been unable to purchase or download a manual and complete schematic. If, when you find one to purchase (mine was from eBay) and you get either or both pieces of literature, I would be happy to pay for copies and in any event, help you should you have any issues with the unit.
Good luck. For me, the C7 are well worth seeking out.

I sold my C7 a while ago and have since changed my computer. I binned the schematics.

However there are free copies available if you use search engines. This has been covered on DIYaudio, so search the threads. You will find that there was one poster who claimed that the schematics available on the web are not accurate and that he has the correct drawings; however he is somewhat paranoiac about sharing these as he has been ripped off by people getting drawings for free and then selling them!!!

They are a very good preamp for their day; good luck.

I am currently considering selling the C7. It works perfectly-no issues. It has not been upgraded. If interested still-please contact me.
