I can voucher for the seller, ZM if you're worried about this being pirated.

This was something Allen used to sell. I purchased it from a DiyAudio member (can provide proof for anyone interested).

I'm not making objections that CD is pirated

I just naively have idea that it wasn't intended for reselling

I know that Allen isn't around anymore , but his biz seems still alive

if something needs to be done , his complete work deserve to be fully in public domain ....... but only with blessing of copyright holder

sold

ZM I will have to disagree that the information should be made into the PD. Joanna Wright doesn't sell the Cdr (or the complete kit), but there is still someone running VSE as a commercial entity. The preamp cookbook is still available from her.

I think the CDR was a special offer from Allen to this community.

I have the 1st edition of the preamp Cook Book which has the ancient version of the RTP. I have been dying to get this CDR but no one in vacuumstate.com seemed to know anything about it because it is not listed.

I can only say that the lucky star is shining over my head this time :-)

I see no purpose of selling someone's creations after he's/she's gone.
I respect Joanna, but in my moral code this isn't right. Everything of his doing should be in PD, of course with credits OR nowhere at all.
Plus, I have a feeling that Allen was an "open source" guy....
