Everything that is legaly sold can be resold as used item, end of the story.
The legal owner, have profited from it all right. In sort, the jpak is not doing smth wrong

The talk about take it to PD, is another thing.

I respect Joanna, but in my moral code this isn't right. Everything of his doing should be in PD, of course with credits OR nowhere at all.
Plus, I have a feeling that Allen was an "open source" guy....
Nothing which Allen didn't put on PD should be there except his legal descendents decide to put it there. They can do with inheritance what they please without looking on what so called DIY community thinks . And it always thinks "free".
Plus , I have a feeling that very , very few of DIY members supported Allen buying his kits ....

Don't make it personal dude....Like I said, clearly enough, I stated personal opinion.Mine, that is.

And yes, I have bought from Allen. Kits and his two books.

PS I was anxiously waiting for his tube power amp book. I suppose nothing is out? Did he publish anything anywhere?

Of course the public thinks free! We are talking about ideas, techonlogy and science!
We're not talking about a ready made pre amp......!
