Why not doing it yourself?
I used to make a deposit to a "mercadolibre" guy who would then send that money (minus a %) to your Paypal account. After that you can buy through ebay. Or you can charge your Paypal account via credit card.
The problem here in Argentina would be the customs and your goods not arriving. It would be cool to have some guy in Miami where we can have the things we buy sended there, then to Argentina via some importer.
