Some times ago, i have designed a little headphone amplifier for me and some of my audio enthusiast friends. It's name is EAMP08.
A that time, i was thinking built some others but i had never find the time to finish them.
So now, i have many bare PCB of this project and also all parts for about ten.
I precise that this is not a commercial project.
The main features are :
_Texas Instruments TPA6120 headphone output driver.
_Analog Devices AD8599 input buffer.
_Cirrus Logic CS3310 digital volume control.
_RC5 programmable remote control for mute and volume.
_115 or 230Vac input voltage.
_Line and line out (to control volume of power amplifier).

Note that the amplifier include a micro-controller that need a PIC IC programming hardware !(like PICkit or ICD2..)
The price for one PCB including the TPA6120 pre-soldered and the worldwide shipping will be 15€.
I will send also with all bare PCB, a full zipped folder where you will find all you need to build the project.

Some infos about the kit;
The EHAMP08 full kit include :
- The printed circuit board with the TPA6120 pre-soldered.
- All electronics parts.
- The Hammond enclosure (1455N1601) with drilled front and rear panels(no silkscreen),
feet , aluminum button, IR lens, mounting hardware,...
- A complete zipped folder of the EHAMP08, with all needed files including bill of material, silkscreen, schematic, source code of uC and many others files.
It doesn't include :
_The power cord.
_The hole that fix the PCB on the bottom of the enclosure must be made (3mm hole) ( the drilling map is include in zipped folder).
The price for a bare PCB with the TPA6120 IC pre-soldered is 15€ .
(include worldwide shipping in priority letter without insurance, and Paypal fees)
For convenience, i can provide also the bare board with the PIC uC already soldered and programmed for additional 10€ (including the IC).
The price for a complete kit with the TPA6120 IC pre-soldered and PIC uC pre-programmed is 110€
(include worldwide shipping in priority letter without insurance, and Paypal fees)
