Google "10.000uf 80v elna", you can't find a real one.

Besides a 10.000uf 80v would be larger then that. That appears to be a ~4700uf 50v sized cap.

The only results I got where his failed attempts at other forums. Another Fake Capacitor ~ HobbyAudio.Com
At least he got the colour right this time.

Well, if you look in a modern amplifier like Marantz or Denon, you are likely to find something very much like this. It is possible that these are made to be used by production factories. He might have found some kind of source to these.

No I would not. Look at the sizes in your datasheet.

How exactly, of all the surplus parts a guy could get, do we always end up with electrolytic caps?? Wheres the other "Surplus" parts?
