Hi Guys, sorry I haven't done the discharge test yet. My car blew it's diff/gearbox just after I received the cap and I've been a bit preoccupied with sourcing parts and getting the gearbox out (it's probably going to be another three weeks at least before I have it back on the road).

I was just thinking that I can probably rig something up with my dual 45V secondary transformer to give me around 120V DC and then use some relatively high value resistors to form a voltage divider to reform the cap at 80V. My Nichicons have been sitting for a couple of years now and I should really do those before I use them so it would be useful other than just for this test. I think the leakage current test would be a good one to do as well.

For 12.000 uf 63v they produce 2002 after testing
by diyaudio community they still works best with
result very good in sound reproduction

For 10.000 uf 80v i try in my amplifier too for 60.000 uf
( i try 12.000 63v, 10.000 80v & 15.000 80v )
sound stage is the same but 80v result more quit & deep bass

Your Atlas is interesting if i bought that i will check every caps
and i will charge US$ 12 and mark them as "MATCH"
i think all check by seller still get critics from the buyer
even for quality, a little bit late service, late arrival from post,
checking by custom, hole in the can ( maybe they think is cocaine )

as my opinion 80v caps better than 63v caps, deep and better layer
but as you say discount 2000uf for every caps
