On the look out for any mid-size, sturdy speaker cabs with removable/screwed front baffles for a mod project (preferably 3/4" thick or similar).
Cheers. P |

Hello,
I have some unwanted Loudspeakers free to anyone. The 'Bass' cabinets are 1/2" chipboard and aren't removable but they are reasonably sturdy. So not that close to your requirements. They will need to be collected from me located in Staines 'Upon Thames' because they are heavy, old and the drive units are fragile. I have tested the speakers at a low level and they all work. Two open backed cabinets, 172 mm wide, 254 mm high, 180 mm deep, weight 5kg each with Radford labeled drive units and crossover. High Frequency Drive Unit Type TD3/8 Mid Range Drive Unit Type MD6/1 Crossover FN831 Also two sealed box Bass units, 248 mm wide, 427 mm tall, 269 mm deep, Internal volume 20 litres, weight 9.5 kg. Each with a Kef B200 Low/mid range unit. |

Thanks P. I have fun building crap. I have some very nice cabs sitting in my garage, But..... It would cost more to ship them then to get a pair of cabs custom made in your neck of the woods. D.

Yeah, I understand, no point shipping from US. Fortunately I've seemed to have found someone local with some spare cabs. Thanks for the taking the time to offer though. P |
