I have a pair of 2SD675's removed from an 80's era amp. NPN, TO-3. They test "good". Were used as output devices in 100W quasi-complementary OPS. I can't find a data sheet on the web but the little I can gleen says the basic description is:
160V,12A,100W, 8MHZ. Printing says Hitachi I wouldn't suggest them for a new project (unless you are into vintage designs), but could be useful for repair and/or restoration. US$5.00 for the aggravation of disassembly plus shipping (should be minor in N.A.) |
