NJW0281G / NJW0302G
Gentlemen,
I have 2 sets of 4 pairs of very closely matched (HFe and VBe) NJW0281G / NJW302G transistors to sell. http://www.abload.de/img/joe012t6joq.jpg They have been matched by my Canadian friend Joseph, they have a very small internal capacitance of 400pf only, are absolutely new and 100% authentic OnSemi.
