Default Staco Variable transformers 0 - 140VAC like new.

Cleaning up around my house.

I have 2 Staco 3PN1010B variable transformers that I am selling. Do a search for that part number, approximate new price is $300. I got these from the company I last worked for. I was working for a large semiconductor manufacturer at their Arlington Tx semiconductor fab which we closed down and decomissioned in the summer of 2010. We were allowed to take anything that was destined for the dumpster and that is where these variable transformers were heading when I rescued them. I actually have 3 of them, but I'm keeping one for myself.

These 2 transformers were off of a couple of the pieces of manufacturing equipment that I supported. So I know their background. They were each running a 20' section of heater tape, a pretty minimal load really, maybe 150 watts at the low temps we ran. They are around 4 - 5 years old and still look nearly new. The transformers spin nice and smooth and I checked their outputs with a voltmeter and there are no dropouts or fluctuations when they are spun from 0 - 100%.

I'll sell them for $80 each and that includes shipping in the continental US.

elizard,

I checked it and UPS ground shows approx. $10 higher to Canada than most US addresses so add $10 to the total I listed.
USPS priority mail shows about $15 higher than what I expected, so add $15.

So you take your pick on how you want it shipped. UPS will be slower but is $5 cheaper.

If you dont mind waiting until tomorrow for payment, I'll take one. Pm me with your PayPal details if that works for you. USPS works better for me as UPS charges a pretty penny for brokerage

Got mine today. They were packed WELL. Sadly can't get around to testing them for a while until my knee heals, but I trust they work properly. Thanks again, pleasure doing business with you.
